If that judge was really an animal lover, he would not have said those things. Sounds like he has let all of his power go to his head.
Soooo stupid.
It seems to me that the Humane Society would know about the ordinance of only having two dogs in a home in the city. I think they are the ones who were wrong for giving her more dogs than she was allowed. She obviously didn't want to tell them she couldn't take the extra dogs.
